The 18th China-ASEAN Expo was held in Nanning, Guangxi from September 10 to 13, 2021. At the Expo, China Institute for Radiation Protection exhibited its mobile radioactive combustible waste incinerator.

CIRP is the first organization specializing in research and application of radioactive waste incineration technology in China, also the exporter of radioactive waste incineration and related engineering application technology with independent intellectual property rights. The mobile radioactive combustible waste incinerator is a new-generation waste treatment technology designed and developed by further miniaturizing and modularizing the pyrolysis and incineration unit and compact incinerator independently developed by CIRP. The equipment is mainly used to treat low level combustible solid waste and waste oil generated by NPPs, research institutes, etc. Featured by small area occupation, short construction period, easy operation and maintenance, etc., it is a new technological achievement in the field of nuclear environmental protection in China.
